Phishing Assessments enables an organization to validate the effectiveness of its employee awareness training by testing the habits of employees. It leverages those teachable moments where a specially crafted email is sent to employees, in an attempt to trick them into clicking a link and/or divulging their passwords.
The goal of an assessment is to determine if employees have the knowledge and understanding of how to avoid falling victim to a phishing or spear phishing attack. The results provide KPI information around improvements and may highlight shortcomings within the training, which need focus.
